Classes


Class, activity, and event registration is available to members at www.groupworks.com.  


Information about classes including supply lists, class fees, supply fees, prerequisites and more can be found on www.groupworks.com.

Additional information and samples are posted on the bulletin boards in the Textile Arts Center.


For questions, contact one of the Class Coordinators.  Contact information can be found on the “Leadership Team” page in the HOME section of this website.  The Class Coordinators are typically available at the Business Meetings and the Social Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from November through March.


Students self-register for classes. There is a waitlist feature available for classes, so if the class fills up, additional students are added to the wait list.  If there is a cancellation, the first person on the wait list will be notified to register for the class.  Registration is not guaranteed until the student has paid the registration fee.


Students will pay a $5 registration fee for each 1/2 day class they take.  Longer classes will be assessed scaled fees (1 day class = $10; 4 half days = $20, etc).  Students are responsible for their own copyrighted patterns and supplies.  If special supplies are required, a class may require a supplies fee to be paid in addition to the registration fee.  The Class Coordinators keep track of class registrants and collect registration fees.
